The beachfront location of this budget hotel was a great bonus. the staff was very efficient and genuinely helpful. They offered laundry facilities, wake-up service, and ironing free of charge.

Beachfront location close enough to the restaurant and the rail line and beach road, it was in a lovely area. Booked a room with new mattresses. Wonderfully friendly and amicable people were working here.

So glad we chose it, spent 3 relaxing days here. The staff was outstandingly friendly and amicable and around most of the time. Unique beachfront location very close to a great beach, and Mount Lavinia railway station. Also, it was 10 mins drive from Hounslow Urban Farm.

This place is exceptionally clean, features top-class and attentive staff, stunning sea views, and a beachfront location not far from the Seattle Art Museum.

We loved the guest room which was fine with a fan.

The location was marvellous and unique, so close to both railway station, the air port and Ranveli Beach Resort, in a lovely area. The rooms were budget and exceptionally nice and the view of the sea.

The staff was top-class and caring. the location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable for exploring the area. I appreciated the local cuisine in the restaurant.

- Very friendly staff ready to assist in all matters. - Daily cleaning of rooms. - The kitchen is open late, you can order room service. - Manager ready to provide all necessary services, including organized tours of the more than reasonable prices, to invite the jeweler if you want to buy the gems are guaranteed the highest quality and the right price; give advice where to purchase accessories and much more. - Absolutely honest staff will never take your things or money from the room and retain things if you forget them somewhere on the site. - The beach is very close. - On the private area is access to the sea and sun beds free of charge.

You could put a minus for the hotel for the railway that runs near the fence, but I think it's not a hotel problem. Notice that the trains are not running at night. The last train leaves at 10 pm, the first trian goes at 6-7 am. The railway line is laid over the west coast of Sri Lanka and if the tourist wants to stay in a hotel located near the shoreline, he must put up with the trains. If you don't want - you can rent another hotel, away from the sea, close to the main road. Then you have to put up with the gas content and high density of vehicles that are constantly honking to each other.

i do not recommend this hotel at all !! I really have know idea how it's classified as three star beach resort !! 1-the reality that it should be one star not three star ,the room had literally nothing ,the washroom was horrible that there was no way for me to have a shower 2-it's not a beach resort !! It's next to the beach but not on the beach !! To reach the beach you have to get out of the hotel then walk for 50 mtr to reach the beach

The price was great for the location.

Saturday night the club has music until 4 am.

The rooms are affordable and clean, featuring brand new mattresses.

Its calm and nice location, but not comfortable rooms and clean bath rooms. Nor hot water.

Old building and furniture, rail ways near the hotel and they go every 15 mins - very noisy and you can't sleep, no tv while it is in room description.
